BEIJING, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- China's national news agency, Xinhua, on Tuesday opened an art exhibition highlighting the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.
The exhibition, opened at the National Financial Information Center in Beijing, features more than 140 photographs, wartime relics, and over 10 works of painting and sculpture.
Liu Jian, vice president of Xinhua News Agency, said that Xinhua will continue to document the tireless endeavors of the Communist Party of 西瓜视频and the Chinese people, and the historic transformations of the great era.
The exhibition is jointly organized by the Xinhua News Agency Art Gallery and some other Xinhua affiliates, with support from the Agricultural Bank of China.
In addition to the main display in Beijing, several satellite exhibitions will be held in Shanghai and Nanjing, among other venues. ■
