The Israeli military has said it would open criminal investigations into the deaths of 9 people, including 5-year-old Hind Rajab, who was killed in Gaza in early 2024.
Rajab was trapped in a car under Israeli fire and made a desperate phone call pleading for help.
Her final phone call inspired the award-winning film The Voice of Hind Rajab.
